Agriculture
Within the agricultural sector there are various possibilities for producing renewable energy, such as a windmill or a fermentation installation.
E Kwadraat Advies was involved in the realisation of the first co-fermentation of manure in the Netherlands. Since then, E Kwadraat Advies has been advising and guiding agricultural companies in their choice of renewable energy projects and how to realise them.
Working method
When an agricultural entrepreneur shows an interest in the production of renewable energy, we investigate the possibilities within his company. We investigate what the most cost-effective and sustainable solution would be and how an extra source of income can be generated. It speaks for itself that we as the ‘architect of the sustainable chain’ also look at how the entrepreneur can tune the energy production to the consumption.
What is characteristic about our approach is that we work in a practical manner. This means no bulky reports but transparent and clear advice instead. If we cannot find a solution, we bring in our network of specialists to see how we can make it possible.
Our working method is characterised by:
- open and honest communication
- we examine every aspect of the chain
- a realistic view on the economic feasibility
Lines of business
E Kwadraat Advies works for cattle breeding companies, such as dairy farmers, among others. Besides this, we have carried out a number of feasibility studies for pig farms in the south of the Netherlands and also for a mushroom farm.
